Grilled Prawns with Soba Noodles & Zucchini
This one is a bit of a mix. An example of throwing together some ingredients I happened to have at home. It turned out quite good!
The main things that I will discuss here are the zucchini and the teriyaki sauce. I really don’t think I need to explain how to grill prawns or how to cook up some noodles (or do I?)

Salad with Baked Potatoes & Zucchini
Salads are a great and fun opportunity to play around with ingredients and create a blend of all your favorite flavors. I am never fully happy with the salads they serve in restaurants. It is always too much lettuce, too much sauce and too little other content. That is why I decided to create my own “perfect salad”.
